Conjugation of lernen = to learn *Future tense*

The German verb for "learn" is "lernen". As you can see, "learn" and "lernen" are quite similar words, such as "study" and "studieren". 

The conjugation of "lernen" in the future tense is also quite similar in stucture as it is in English. All you need is a modal verb "will" which is "werden" in German and the verb "learn" which is "lernen" in German. 

However, the modal verb "werden" has different forms in every subjective case (ich, du, er, sie, es, man, wir, ihr, sie, Sie) and it stands at the second place in the sentence after the subjective. In case of questions it stands at the first place in the sentence.

"Werden" is an irregular verb, its stem is WERD, its conjugate in the following way:

ich werde

du wirst

er/sie/es/man wird

ihr werdet

wir/sie/Sie werden

The verb "lernen" is the same in every subjective case and it stands at the last place of the sentence (in case of questions as well).

For example:

ICH           

Ich werde Deutsch lernen.

I will learn German.

Werde ich Deutsch lernen?

Will I learn German? 

Ich werde Deutsch nicht lernen, es ist meine Muttersprache.

I will not learn German, it is my mother tongue. 

Ich werde kein Deutsch lernen, sondern Englisch.

It's not German that I will learn, but English.

DU             

Du wirst Deutsch lernen.

You will learn German.

Wirst du Deutsch lernen?

Will you learn German?

Du wirst Deutsch nicht lernen, es ist deine Muttersprache.

You will not learn German, it is your mother tongue. 

Du wirst kein Deutsch lernen, sondern Englisch.

It's not German that you will learn, but English.

 

ER             

Er wird Deutsch lernen.

He will learn German.

Wird er Deutsch learn?

Will he learn German?

Er wird Deutsch nicht lernen, es ist seine Muttersprache.

He will not learn German, it is his mother tongue.

Er wird kein Deutsch lernen, sondern English.

It's not German that he will learn, but English.

 

SIE           

Sie wird Deutsch lernen.

She will learn German.

Wird sie Deutsch lernen?

Will she learn German?

Sie wird Deutsch nicht lernen, es ist ihre Muttersprache.

She will not learn German, it is her mother tongue. 

Sie wird kein Deutsch lernen, sondern English.

It's not German that she will learn, but English.

 

ES/MAN (It/One)             

Man wird Deutsch lernen. 

One will learn German. 

Wird man Deutsch lernen?

Will one learn German? 

Man wird Deutsch nicht lernen, es is seine Muttersprache. 

One will not learn German, it is their mother tongue.

Man wird kein Deutsch lernen, sondern Englisch.

WIR          

Wir werden Deutsch lernen.

We will learn German.
